Your commitment

The licence fee is paid monthly in advance by standing order/direct debit with a month and a half’s rent as deposit with a fixed renewable term to suit. Individual suites are available from 80 sq. ft. approx. floor area, through to 800 sq. ft approx. for larger linked units. Access is 24 hours, 7 days a week. Some of the suites can be inter connected to meet the requirements of your business. On taking occupation, all you need to provide is your own telephone/broadband ethernet connection. Alternatively you can use the WiFi connection, subject to a small monthly charge. Service charges represent the variable cost of gas and electricity and invoiced at cost in arrears. To help with budget planning we cap the service charges at £4.00 per sq. ft. i.e. An office of 100 sq. ft. will be capped at £400.00 PA.

Censeo House Business Centre
