The licence fee is paid monthly in advance by standing order/direct debit with a month and a half’s rent as deposit with a fixed renewable term to suit. Individual suites are available from 80 sq. ft. approx. floor area, through to 300sq. ft approx. for larger linked units. Access is 24 hours, 7 days a week. Some of the suites can be inter connected to meet the requirements of your business.
