GDPR and Updates to The Workstation Privacy Policy

As you’re probably already aware, new legislation regarding data protection known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect in all countries of the European Union from 25th May 2018.

We wanted to let you know that we’ve updated our privacy policy in line with these changes, using language and a structure that’s clearer and easier to understand what information we collect and why.

Our latest privacy policy also contains details about your rights in accessing this data and how to make a request that we stop using your data.

We would also like to take this opportunity to provide reassurance that all the information we hold onto is used to provide a better service for our users and we won’t share your information for email marketing purposes unless you give us your permission to do so.

We also include an easy unsubscribe option in all our emails so if you choose to opt-out, we won’t send you further marketing emails.
